As Life Delves into the Heart…” traces the journey of the heart from its very first beat in the embryo through to old age.
Three baritone saxophones embody the heart itself with their deep, resonant sound. At times delicate and tentative, at times powerful and pulsating, and at times fragile as it fades away. In this way, each stage of the heart becomes a reflection of human existence.
